Whether you want to tackle a new challenge or get faster, our 10K Run/Walk and Continuous Run Programs will help you take your fitness to the next level. At Fleet Feet, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you and help you reach your goals.

  • The opportunity to sit down with your coach one-on-one at the beginning of the season to set goals, and again at the end of the season to hone in on your race day strategy.

Suggested Activity Level Prior to Start of Training 
We suggest you are comfortable run/walking for 30 minutes prior to joining this program.  We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. 

*Please note, due to liability and safety concerns, we can not allow dogs at Fleet Feet Training workouts.
