Join No Boundaries to train for your first 5k (3.1 miles) or simply to add a healthy habit to your routine. We do have a walking group as part of our 5K program!

Suggested Activity Level Prior to Start of Training 
No previous exercise experience is required.  We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.
