No Boundaries 5K Training

In No Boundaries, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you and help you reach your goals. Whether you are looking to walk or learn to run, No Boundaries fits YOU.
Join No Boundaries to train for your first 5k (3.1 miles) or simply to add a healthy habit to your routine. We do have a walking group as part of our 5K program!

No previous exercise experience is required.  We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.
