Track Workouts are a great compliment to your running, as they can improve strength and speed. Weekly track workouts are part of our Half Marathon Training, and optional for 10K and 5K Training. Should you just want to augment your own training with a workout once a week that focuses on pacing, speed and strength development and running form, participating in our Track Only program would be perfect for you. The group meets on Wednesdays at 6 p.m.

We suggest you can comfortably run/walk 3 miles prior to starting this program. Not quite there yet? Check out our No Boundaries 5K Program! We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.
