Women's 201 participants will meet on Mondays at 6- 7:15 p.m. beginning August 18. Locations for the weekly group runs will change each week, but most will be on the East side of Tucson. Registration forms are available at Fleet Feet now, but class participation is limited, so sign up early. The cost is $100 which includes 12 weekly coached sessions, education on many aspects of running and exercise, a technical running team shirt, and entry in a 10K (6.2 mile) event on Nov. 15.
