Looking for a way to enhance your fitness and supplement your training? Join us for FREE INSANITY workouts Tuesdays at 5:45am at Fleet Feet Tanque Verde. Instructors Julie Groce and Elizabeth McDougald will lead us in a fun, fast-paced 30 minute workout.
A total body workout that requires no gym or equipment, INSANITY is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." After a warm-up, we'll alternate intense work intervals and rest periods, followed by a cool down. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. It's a great compliment to running and walking! Workouts can easily be adapted to all fitness levels.
The best part? Each class is totally free! We'll be accepting cash or check donations for The Humane Society of Southern Arizona. Come dressed to workout and bring water and a towel. Doors open at 5:30am and we'll begin the workout promptly at 5:45am.
