5K and 10K Training begins in February!

Do you want to take your fitness to the next level this year? Are you ready to challenge yourself? Do you struggle on your own to get your running on track? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, our Fleet Feet Training Groups are for you! We have our popular No Boundaries Beginner 5K and Intermediate 10K program starting next month. See the schedule below and check out our website for more information. 

No Boundaries 5K Program for Beginning Runners
The next session of our popular New Balance No Boundaries 5K training begins Thursday, February 25 at 6 p.m. Please note, this session will meet on Thursday evenings. This 12-week training program is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. We use a run/walk method to build mileage and endurance gradually, allowing your body to adapt to new levels of impact. Cost for the program is $125 and our target race is the Erik Hite Foundation 5K on May 14. 

10K Program for Intermediate Runners
We will start a new session of Intermediate 10K training on Monday, February 15 at 6 p.m. The group will meet once weekly at various locations. This program targets people who are currently running 2-3 miles and would like to build to 6-7 miles. We use a run/walk method to build mileage and endurance gradually, allowing your body to adapt to new levels of impact. Cost for this 12-week program is $125 and includes a tech shirt, entry into the Cinco de Mayo 10K on May 1.
