Looking for a way to stay motivated for your workouts during the hot summer months? Join us for our Summer Sweathogs group, which begins Saturday, April 19. A little more casual than our other training programs, Summer Sweathogs provides fun, supportive group runs to keep you going in the heat.
We'll meet at various locations on the east and Northwest sides of town on Saturday mornings at 5:30 am for a 4-8 mile run (it's your choice each week!). In addition, we'll meet Wednesday evenings at 6 pm for track workouts (central Tucson location TBD). The Sweathogs group will conclude the season at the Run with the Roosters, a 5-mile race at Old Tucson Studios on July 13 (it's optional, but a great event in a beautiful setting!)
The cost is $75, and you'll receive a great gift, weekly emails with information and training tips, and camaraderie! Race entry not included.
