Fleet Feet WalkFIT

Do you want to improve your health and fitness? Walking is a great activity for all ages and abilities! Fleet Feet WalkFIT is the perfect first step on your way to a healthy lifestyle or a great way to stay motivated on your current fitness journey. No previous exercise experience required!

Whether you are just getting started, or have walked dozens of 5Ks, Fleet Feet WalkFIT will help you reach your goals.

We offer a safe, welcoming group for you to improve fitness, make friends and have fun. At Fleet Feet, we encourage you to exercise at your own pace and we focus on your success!

 This 12 week program includes:

  • encouraging coaches
  • 2 group training walks each week
  • a training plan for walking a 5K (3.1 miles)
  • weekly emails to keep you on track
  • special store offers for participants!

Optional Target Race: Fleet Feet Everyone Runs Veteran's Day 5K

Meets: Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.
