Running 365--Fall Session

Running 365 – Fall Session is a 12-week training program designed to prepare runners for distances of 10K up to a half marathon. This group meets three times a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. You are free to join any or all of the workouts.

Running 365 – Fall Session is right for you if you:

  • Can run or run/walk at least 3 miles, a few times a week
  • Are pain-free from injury for at least three months
  • Have never run a 10K or half marathon and looking for guidance and education
  • Have run a 10K or half marathon before and want to improve time and/or the overall experience.

Session Dates: July 22 to Nov. 12, 2017

Target Race: Multiple Fall Races

Meets: Three times a week – Mon and Wed @ 6 pm & Sat @ 6 am

Locations: East and Northwest

Registration Fee: $125 (race entry fee not included)
