Running 365--Sweathogs Session

Running 365 – Sweathogs Session is a 12-week running group designed to keep you motivated to run during the hot summer months – whether you are training for a race or want to maintain fitness. This year we have added an additional day of group running! From April through June, we’ll now meet at various locations on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. You are free to attend any or all of the workouts – it’s your choice. 

Sweathogs is right for you if you:

  • Can run or run/walk for at least 30 minutes, a few times a week
  • Are pain-free from injury for at least three months
  • Want some motivation to run in the summer
  • Would like to meet other runners

We'll meet at various locations on the East and Northwest sides of Tucson 3 days a week. The Sweathogs group will conclude the season at the Run with the Roosters on July 9, a 5-mile race at Old Tucson Studios (it's optional, but a great event in a beautiful setting!)

Summer Sweathogs Summer 2017 Program Details:

Program meets 3 times a week and runs April 10-July 1

  • Monday @ 6pm (40-50 minute runs)
  • Wednesday @ 6pm (track or hill workout)
  • Saturday @ 5:30 am (4-8 miles)

Location: East and Northwest (your choice!)

Registration Fee: $125 (race entry not included)
