Track Workouts--Only

Track Workout is a great compliment to your running. Participation on our weekly track workouts is a great way to reach your time goals in running. Southwest Endurance Training along with Fleet Feet offer weekly track workouts to participants in the 10K-Prep, Distance Training (Half Marathon) and Marathon training groups. Should you just want to augment your own training with a workout once a week that focuses on pacing, speed and strength development and running form, participating in our Track Only program would be perfect for you. The group meets on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at locations on the East and Northwest sides of Tucson!

Track Workouts – Only are right for you if you:
· Are running at least 3 miles, a few times a week. Run/walk is fine, if you run interval is at least 3 minutes.

· Are pain-free from injury for at least four months

· Want some coaching on pacing, speed and running form

· Would like to be motivated by other runners

Session Dates: July 26 to Nov. 8, 2017

Meets: Wednesdays @ 6 pm

Locations: East and Northwest

Registration Fee: $75
